After
the Mila's death, I was looking for
some dog mixed-breed or another mutt like her, because I wanted
to help another homeless dog, in order to thanks her wonderful company.
Then
I saw this funny photo (right) in a Brazilian website
where we can find dogs to adoption. A strange mixed german-shepherd
with big ears called "Pantera", six month old, who lived
in Sao Paulo city, 190 km far from Araras, my town. I called the
shelter owner and after one week, Pantera was brought to Araras!
Pantera arrived in February 22 of 2003, she was
small, very lean and had big and funny ears. My mother called
her "Paty", a easer name. And what terrible puppy!...
Always eating, playing, running, jumping like a kid and after all
theses games eating again! I never saw I dog so agitated like her.
Paty is a spayed dog. In some bigs cities
of Brazil there are health programs to neuter homeless dogs and
cats and after to find a home to them. Homeless animals are a big
trouble in Brazil too.
Paty loves to eat
fruits and vegetables, enjoys baths very much. Also she has a lot
of fun playing with her tennis ball, Paty still loves to make mess
in the yard because she is still young! I think Paty has a battery
inside her!
Here
is a little photo gallery about Paty. Click on the images to see
